Well here are a few Buddy’s from TM. All from Swindon. Here are my thoughts on them, and a bit about there manager skills.

AFC CREWE..   Into is 3rd season now. winner of Div 8 last season and was put up 2 divisions. A good start to season 14 with 7 wins from first 9 games. A very shrewd manager who will not panic buy players.

A very good judge of a player. On the downside, the buying side could be is downfall. Never really opens is wallet. He also likes to spend many months in Thailand expanding is empire instead of improving is football team. Never played in friendly before, so not sure how good is side is. A good manager who will do well in the future.

LIVERBIRDS FC.. Into is 3rd season now. Winner of Div 9 and last season Div 8. He was also put up 2 divisions and a nice steady start to the season. A manager who loves to spend, well when he as money to spend.

He seem to be a good buyer of forward or attacking players, but seems to be let down by is knowledge of defending. The poor man is just recovering from a hernia op, which is due to his heavy smoking and drinking. Known to have a drink problem but now hopefully sorted this out. Played many times in friendly’s and in the over 30s comp.  A experience manager with very good qualities. Sure to make it in the top league one day.

YIEWSLEY CITY.. Into is 3rd season now. Winner last season of Div 9, for this was punished and put up 3 divisions. Sadly the higher league are telling its toll and is struggling near the bottom. This could be the fact, that he a spent a large amount of is money on goalkeepers, due to injuries.

A dedicated manager who puts a lot of time and effort in buying crap players. A manager who will certainly do well if he stops buying rubbish. A bad manager but might do better if he takes notice of is sons advice.. Will he get to the top. Who knows, he might not but is son as a good chance.

My blueprint for success at The Academy is the development of youth and their natural progression into the first team. To achieve this I must take a tight hold on the clubs finances. An outbreak of nappy rash or increase in the stock market forward price of powdered milk, will need to be addressed with a healthy bank balance. However there will be no panic buying at Tescos baby department from this club.
Thailand let me explain. Our star player William Adam, the club’s free scoring centre forward is also a bit of a man marker….he’s gay. I am merely in Thailand to scout for a slim built, mascara wearing strike partner, who can fill Willies needs. Hope that clears that one up.
