I require vairous pieces of information off most of you.

The following information is required from all players

• WWRU Registration forms with 2 passport photos (in 3 parts with 3 different pieces of coloured paper)
• Photo consent forms (these are available in the downloads section)
• Caerphilly Tigers information forms (these are available in the downloads section)

Can you please bring this with you tonight. Those who have informaiton outstanding if it is not recieved by tonight you will be named and shamed!
