Robin Hood Reds Under 7’s arrived in style to their final KickStart Mini Soccer friendly match of the season. The limosine was very kindly donated to take the players to and from the match by Sherwood International Limosines to celebrate an exceptional first season together. The Reds have won 20 and drawn 4 of the 27 friendly matches they have played in and given the parent and spectators much enjoyment along the way. Now the friendly season has finish with KickStart Robin Hood Reds are looking forward to attending a few friendly tournaments. The highlight of which will be a weekend tournament away at Mablethorpe at the end of May.
Robin Hood Reds manager Robert Coleman said " It has been a wonderful year for me as a new manager coming into the game. All of the players have been a credit to themselves and their families and to see their improvement over the season has been nothing short of remarkable."
It is looking very good at Robin Hood Colts F.C. at the moment with girls and boys teams at most ages from under 6’s all the way through to under 16’s. The teams play in The Mansfield Youth League and KickStart. Some of the players from the age groups have also been attending extra coaching at the Nottingham Forest Development Centre that has been running throughout the season at Quarrydale School Sutton in Ashfield.
