Mr Cricket, Captain Bertie insisted we started nets December last year! We continue to have practice at Rossmere on Saturday mornings from 10am and Wednesday evenings from 6pm at Power Station.
The website has just gone Global. Not only are we attracting 5ft 9 Kiwis, but now we have fans in Australia!!!

Great news and also shows just how popular it is already becoming with almost 500 hits since its launch not even a month ago. An eventful week! Wednesday night practice was hardly practical as puddles were all over the ground. Chrissy King was first on his arse and the photo will soon follow.
A preview was in Hartlepool Mail on Friday and it was a pretty good write up too. Great exposure for the club, hopefully as a result a few more people may be sitting up and taking notice.
The 2nd teams game unfortunately was postponed due to poor pitch conditions and ground therefore unfit for play.
1st team got off to a terrific start away to Smith's Dock on a testing pitch. All 6ft 2 off Brent wrecking havoc through the Smith's batting attack. Full match report can be found in Match Reports section.
A solid and professional start to the season and fingers crossed a sign of things to come for both teams.
