    2005/2006 Season

At the beginning of the 2005/2006 season it was decided to change the clubs name to Leek CSOB. It was felt that this move would give the lads a better chance of continuing to play football after they were sixteen due to our assossiation with Leek CSOB. This season brought new challanges as we were moving from mini soccer (seven-a-side) to youth soccer (eleven-a-side). Five new players signed to take us up to 15 (from 10), as we all looked forward to a promising season. It was thought this season would be a good one for the team after exceding expectations the previous season. The season saw the team go on an eleven game winning run to sit top the table. With two games to go Leek had the league title in there own hands, but a suprise 3 nil defeat away to Biddulph Sharks saw them take the runners up spot.

There was still an end of season final to play in the Leek trophy, where they took on Ashcombe Park Knights. The trophy was won after a 1 nil win with Ryan Walters scoring the winning goal.
