    IT'S PANTO SEASON AGAIN!!!

    It's is that time of year when Pantomime's are prevolent, and this time it's not on the pitch! Did you know that the Warriors goalkeeper is starring in Aladdin this coming December as part of 'The Spotlight Players'! no, well now you do.

    Tickets are already on sale priced at £6.00 for adults and £3.00 for children (under 16). and is being shown at St Mary’s Church Hall ,Decoy Drive in HampdenPark at the following session times;

    Friday 7 December @ 7.30pm

     

    Saturday 8 December @ 2.30pm

     

    Saturday 8 December @ 7.30pm

     

    Sunday 9 December @ 2.30pm

    With a free weekend from league action Warriors were hard at it in training on Saturday in preparation for this coming sundays tough fixture at home against Eastbourne Borough.  Warriors are always looking for new players so if you are interested please come along to our training sessions every Saturday 9.45am at Willingdon Primary School in Rapsons Road.

    Sussex Sunday Youth Football League Cup Details

     No cup glory for Willingdon Warriors this year but there were some promising performances from Warriors debutants Miles Morden and Keith Desborough.  There is no match next week but training will be at Willingdon Primary School at 9.45am on Saturday, see you all there!

    Cup Glory for Warriors ?

    Warriors travel to Hove Rivervale this coming weekend (Sunday 4 November 2007) to start their cup campaign for the season, the fixture will be played at Benfield Valley (Sainsburys) off the main road with  kick off at 10.30am.  We shall meet up at the British Queen 9am and travel over as a group.

    Brave Warriors fall to Ratton
    Warriors lost this league encounter at Ratton by 13-0 , this was after going 9-0 by half time.  Dan Bazley won the man of the match award for a tireless performance, brave defending from Harvey Fitzpatrick and Darien Smith , together with another fine goalkeeping display from Sam Marchant was not enough to thwart a fiery Ratton Strike force.  Warriors can be encouraged by a greatly improved second half performances with notable displays from Brock Evans and Harry Tate, with Harvey Marshall and Robbie Callingham full of running on the wings.

    WARRIORS AWARDED POINTS

    Following the cancellation of the home game against Chailey & Newick Colts U11 , Warriors have now been awarded the points for the match as Chailey had to pull out at short notice due to a player shortage. The League Table has been updated accordingly.

    This weekends fixture at Ratton Rangers

    This weekends fixture at Ratton Rangers will be a 10.30 K.O.  We shall be meeting up at 9.30am at Huggetts Lane to travel onwards to Ratton Rangers.  The game will be played at St Johns School , Rowsley Road in Meads.  DON'T FORGET TO PUT YOUR CLOCKS BACK !!!
